At Inspir Embassy Row, our team delivered a comprehensive range of flooring and finishing solutions, including concrete leveling, carpet tile, rubber flooring, and luxury vinyl tile, to meet the needs of this senior living community. We also installed wood, ceramic floor tile, porcelain floor tile, ceramic wall tile, and porcelain wall tile to create both functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Wall base was installed throughout the building to complete the design with a polished, professional finish.

Project Description
Inspir Embassy Row is a premier senior living community in Washington, DC, designed to offer residents an elevated lifestyle with exceptional amenities and a comfortable, modern environment. The community features thoughtfully designed spaces that prioritize both functionality and aesthetic appeal, creating a welcoming atmosphere for seniors.
Our team was entrusted with providing a wide range of flooring solutions to meet the needs of this sophisticated senior living facility. We performed concrete leveling to ensure a smooth and stable foundation for all flooring installations. A variety of flooring types were selected to enhance different areas of the community, including carpet tile for comfort and acoustic control in common areas, rubber flooring for its durability and slip-resistance in high-traffic zones, and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) for its versatility and easy maintenance. We also installed sheet vinyl in select areas to provide a cost-effective, resilient flooring solution.
Additionally, we completed the installation of wood, ceramic floor tile, porcelain floor tile, ceramic wall tile, and porcelain wall tile throughout the building to create visually appealing, durable surfaces in both residential units and common spaces. Finally, wall base was installed to ensure a clean, professional finish, protecting the walls and completing the overall design.
