Project Description
The Bridge District Apartments is a contemporary residential development located in the heart of Washington, DC, designed to provide residents with an elevated urban living experience. This property combines modern architecture with functional, high-end finishes, offering both comfort and style in a vibrant, revitalized neighborhood.
Our team was instrumental in delivering top-quality interior finishes throughout the residential units and common areas. We provided and installed a range of flooring solutions designed to meet both aesthetic and performance requirements. These included carpet tile, selected for its comfort and acoustic benefits, luxury vinyl tile (LVT) for its durability and modern appeal, and cork flooring for its eco-friendly properties and natural warmth. In addition, we installed wall base to create a clean, polished look, and floor grilles to seamlessly integrate with the building’s HVAC system.
